2. Contact form and e-mail

When you contact us through the form or by e-mail, we process your details (name, e-mail address, optional telephone number, model of interest, message) solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.

3. Server logs

When you visit the website, the hosting provider records technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, volume transferred, browser type) in server log files. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (security and stability of operation). Logs are deleted regularly.

4. Hosting

The website is hosted on a server within the European Union. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

5. Fonts

The website loads the fonts “Barlow” and “Barlow Condensed” from Google Fonts. This establishes a connection to Google servers and transmits your IP address. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (consistent presentation).

6. Maps

The contact page embeds an OpenStreetMap map. Loading the map transmits data to the OpenStreetMap Foundation (St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom).

7. Cookies

This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and no tracking tools.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland the UODO, in Germany the data protection authority of your federal state.

9. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
